Doing Ronald Searle "copies"

This is the first of three librarians I will draw for this weeks assignment. Inspired by Ronald Searle

A bit of a sketchy assignment this time, I have asked Nate if he can comment on how I can do a decent cleanup while keeping the spontaneous feel to the sketch. Tricky.

I have to admit, I kind of like this one.

First sketches to my third character design for animation. This week, line up of three pirates.

So this is my solution for assignment week 2 masterclass. Could have pushed the shapes even more I feel, will try something more extreme for next week:-)
